The Ellis is located only minutes from the main campus of Indiana University. Residents thus have stress-free commutes from our community to attend classes and on-campus events. Located directly on the B-Line trail, The Ellis soaks in natural light while offering unapparelled access to greenspace. Also, our community is close to several restaurants, stores, and points-of-interest in downtown Bloomington, so students can take advantage of all the perks of off-campus living.

Our on-site team is what really makes the whole community work. Our team is located on-site and is on-call after hours, so residents always have access to someone who can help. We are proud to employ such dedicated and hard-working individuals. From moving in to moving out, we want your experience with us to be seamless.

Our units come fully furnished, making resident moves and lives easier. Our kitchens include ample cabinet space and stainless-steel appliances. Communal areas include a sofa or loveseat, coffee table, and a flat screen tv in the living room. Bedrooms come with a bed, built-in dressers, desk, and chair.
